Ordering

  • Where are you located?

    • I work out of my home near Waverly High School. To help protect my privacy, I'll only give out my exact address once an order is confirmed.

  • How soon should I order?

    • The earlier the better! My schedule fills up pretty quickly. The further out you order, the more likely I'll have that date open! You can always try to order something last minute, but odds are I'll be booked.

  • Should I have what I want my desserts to look like picked out before I order?

    • Not necessarily! I can either work off of inspiration pictures, or I can do something based off a theme or colors you'd like. *Be aware that I will not copy cakes from pictures exactly as that would be stealing someone else's work*

  • I'd like a certain flavor, but I don't see it listed on your flavor list. Would you be able to use that flavor?

    • You can always ask! I love doing new/interesting flavors.

Payments

  • How can I pay you?

    • I can take payment by cash, check, credit card, or Venmo. Whichever is easiest for you!

    • Be aware that for orders over $50, I do require a 50% nonrefundable deposit up front.

  • I need to cancel my order. What do I do?

    • Contact me as soon as possible and let me know!

    • Orders cancelled within two weeks of the scheduled pickup date will not receive a refund of any kind.
  • If you can, I highly recommend paying the full/rest of the amount ahead of time, as this will make for an smoother pickup or delivery.

Miscellaneous

  • ALLERGEN NOTE

    • While I am able to make desserts without certain allergens, I do use the same equipment for all my bakes, so I'm not able to say my desserts can be certified allergy-free. If you have a severe allergy, that is something to consider.

  • I'm picking up my order a day or two before I plan to serve them. What should I do with them?

    • I recommend storing your cakes/desserts in the fridge until about two hours before you plan to serve them in order to preserve freshness.

  • ALWAYS grab/hold desserts from the bottom of the box.

  • Don't leave desserts in the sun. It'll melt and be gross/inedible.

  • What do I do if I have leftovers?

    • If you have leftover cake, you can either freeze the cake whole, or wrap individual slices in plastic wrap to freeze. Then you can take out a slice whenever you'd like!
